Abu provides personalised physiotherapy with a strong focus on post-operative rehabilitation, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and improving mobility and balance.
Having completed further education as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Abu combines evidence-based physiotherapy techniques with tailored exercise programs to support optimal recovery and long-term outcomes. He has experience working across community care, aged care, private practice, and sports-focused settings.
During his time in aged care, Abu worked closely with older adults to maximise mobility, improve balance, and enhance overall quality of life. He also has a strong interest in sports and performance and has supported athletes recovering from a wide range of sports-related injuries, with a clear understanding of the demands involved in returning to peak performance.
Outside the clinic, Abu enjoys golf, basketball, soccer, and strength training, reflecting his commitment to an active lifestyle. His broad clinical background allows him to deliver targeted physiotherapy aligned with each patient’s goals, whether improving day-to-day function, enhancing athletic performance, or progressing through a successful rehabilitation journey.
