With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he is passionate about helping older adults regain confidence in walking and return to the activities that bring them joy and independence.
Adam has supported many clients in resuming their favourite pursuits — from golf, lawn bowls, croquet, cycling, and park walks to swimming at the beach. His career spans a wide range of physiotherapy roles, including sports and spinal private practice and serving as a sports team physiotherapist across disciplines such as Aussie Rules, netball, hockey, golf, skiing, and ice skating.
He has also worked as an Allied Health Manager for large organisations with teams of 30 to 200 staff and has been actively involved in public speaking on topics including occupational health and safety, chronic pain management, Parkinson’s disease, falls prevention and balance, and motivating long-term exercise.
